About the Firm

A boutique South Coast law firm with offices on Gosport High Street and Lee-on-the-Solent High Street. Wyeth & Paul opened in February 2023, when the founders chose to keep serving local clients rather than move on after their previous firm closed. The team is now 13 strong. The firm is owner-run by three lawyers: Roz Wyeth, TEP (Wills, Trusts and Probate), Andrew Paul (Conveyancing) and Theresa Holden (Crime and Civil Litigation). Within year one, Wyeth & Paul earned Lexcel, CQS and Lifetime Lawyers accreditations from the Law Society, alongside STEP membership through Roz. The work is in-person and client-facing. Fee-earners run their own caseloads with assistant support, working styles are set per individual, and the open-door approach means a client's needs can be covered across departments in one visit. Wyeth & Paul is at a stage where experienced lawyers can build their own caseload, their own profile, and a long-term career within the firm.
