Family Law Paralegal Gosport, in-person. £26,000 to £32,000 depending on experience A fantastic early-career role in a department the firm is actively rebuilding. The right person helps shape what family law looks like at Wyeth & Paul. Wyeth & Paul is a boutique South Coast law firm with offices in Gosport and Lee-on-the-Solent. Owner-run by its three Heads of Department. Lexcel, CQS, Lifetime Lawyers and STEP accredited within year one. The role sits within the Crime and Civil Litigation department under Theresa Holden, with family law as the firm's stated growth area. This is rare: a paralegal joining at the point where there's actual room to build a practice rather than slot into someone else's. The work covers divorce and separation, financial matters, and child arrangements, with the scope to develop your remit over time as the department grows. You'd be supported by Theresa, with assistant cover from the wider litigation team. This is for you if: - You have meaningful family law experience as a paralegal, ideally with exposure to divorce, financial remedy and children matters - You want to take ownership of files appropriate to your level rather than process work - You're interested in being part of how a department gets built, not just staffed - You're settled on the South Coast and looking for somewhere to grow into The honest part.
