What do candidates see?
Your firm profile is visible in the LawBoard directory from day one. Claimed profiles display your branding, culture, and benefits. Paid tiers give candidates more reasons to choose you.
When will I be charged?
Never without signing up. Your free profile is live now. When you're ready to upgrade, we'll set you up manually during this early adopter phase.
What's the early adopter offer?
For firms joining during our early phase, the £99 setup fee is waived. Monthly subscription rates still apply.
How does the recruiter tier work?
Recruiter tiers let authorised agencies post roles on behalf of their client firms. Each tier includes a set number of live job slots and candidate approaches per month. You only pay for the tier. No placement fees to LawBoard.
Are candidates protected from unwanted recruiter contact?
Absolutely. Candidates choose whether to be visible to recruiters at all. Even on the recruiter tier, you can only approach candidates who have opted in. Candidates can revoke access any time.
What is the candidate search bolt-on?
The bolt-on lets recruiters proactively search and approach candidates who have opted in to recruiter visibility. It's available on top of any recruiter tier, with 30 or 100 approaches per month depending on the package.
