Commercial Conveyancing Solicitor — 3+ Years PQE

Ives & Co Solicitors is looking for a Commercial Conveyancing Solicitor to join our growing Nottinghamshire team, with flexibility across Keyworth, Ruddington, Plumtree and Kimberley. This is a strong opportunity for a commercial property solicitor who wants quality work, a supportive team environment and the chance to help grow an ambitious regional firm. We are looking for someone who can take ownership of commercial property matters while being part of a collaborative and approachable team. The role will involve managing a varied commercial property caseload, including commercial property transactions, business sales and purchases, commercial leases, landlord and tenant matters, refinancing and secured lending, and general commercial advice. We offer a competitive package starting from £50,000+, depending on experience and capability, plus 25 days’ holiday, private healthcare and hybrid working where appropriate.

Qualified Solicitor with 3+ years PQE Strong commercial property or commercial conveyancing experience Ability to manage a varied commercial caseload independently Experience with commercial leases, business sales and purchases, landlord and tenant matters, refinancing and secured lending Excellent drafting, client care and communication skills Commercially minded, organised and proactive Able to support junior colleagues where appropriate Positive team player who wants to contribute to the firm’s growth
