What we’re looking for:

• Newly Qualified Solicitor (or imminently qualifying) or recently qualified

• Demonstrable exposure to Family Law through training contract seats, paralegal work, or equivalent experience

• A clear intention to build a career specifically within Family Law

• Strong client care skills and emotional intelligence

• A professional, empathetic, and confident communication style

• Willingness to learn, develop, and take ownership of matters with support

What the role will involve:

• Assisting on a range of Family Law matters, with increasing responsibility over time

• Managing your own caseload as experience develops

• Direct client contact from an early stage

• Working closely with senior members of the team

• Developing strong technical foundations alongside practical, real-world experience
