Ives & Co Solicitors is looking for Residential Conveyancing Solicitors or Licensed Conveyancers to join our growing teams across Nottinghamshire and Kent, including Keyworth, Ruddington, Plumtree, Kimberley and our two Rainham offices. We are growing, but we are not a volume conveyancing factory. Our focus is on excellent client care, sensible caseload management, teamwork and long-term progression. The successful candidate will manage a residential conveyancing caseload with appropriate support, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, right to buy transactions, new build purchases, shared ownership matters, transfers of equity and remortgages. We offer a competitive package starting from £40,000+, depending on experience and capability, plus 25 days’ holiday, private healthcare and hybrid working where appropriate.
